Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 22, 2026 • QR Payment Gateway Merchant Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all merchants, businesses, and users who register and use the ITX Digital Services QR Payment Gateway. By using our payment gateway services, the merchant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, payment fees, and settlement procedures mentioned below.

2. Merchant Registration & Usage

  • radio_button_checked The merchant is responsible for maintaining account security, transaction records, and using the payment gateway only for legal business activities.
  • radio_button_checked ITX Digital Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or involve suspicious activities.

3. Transaction Processing Fees

Transaction fees will be automatically deducted before merchant settlement processing.

Card Payments 3% 3% fee deducted from each successful transaction

4. Settlement & Cashback Payment Schedule

Transactions: 1st – 15th

Transactions: 16th – 1st (Next Cycle)

Expected Payout: 1st–4th

6. Payout Delay & Holiday Policy

Settlement processing dates may fluctuate or be deferred due to factors outside our direct parameters, including:

Public / Bank Holidays Company Holidays Network Maintenance Banking System Delays

If a settlement date falls on a holiday or non-business day, payout operations will automatically execute on the subsequent working day.

7. Fraud Prevention

ITX Digital Services flags, delays, or holds transactions for validation mechanisms, security sweeps, compliance adherence, or if mandatory processing provider verification steps are triggered.

8. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants assume complete operational liability over genuine item pricing, secure dashboard handling, consumer dispute requests, and maintaining strict local transactional transparency limits.

9. Availability & Terms Adjustments

While we focus on keeping structural channels operational 24/7, services may undergo localized temporary platform adjustments or upstream network provider maintenance checks. ITX Digital Services Private Limited reserves the structural authority to update this legal policy. Continued account usage following amendments implicitly acknowledges agreement to updated protocols.
