These Terms & Conditions apply to all merchants, businesses, and users who register and use the ITX Digital Services QR Payment Gateway.
By using our payment gateway services, the merchant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, payment fees, and settlement procedures mentioned below.
Merchants must provide accurate business information during registration. The merchant is responsible for maintaining account security, transaction records, and using the payment gateway only for legal business activities. ITX Digital Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or involve suspicious activities.

Settlement dates may be affected by public holidays, bank holidays, company holidays, payment network maintenance, or banking system delays. If a payout date falls on a holiday or non-business day, payment will not be processed on that date.
The payout will be completed on the next available working day.
ITX Digital Services may review, delay, or hold transactions for security purposes including fraud prevention checks, unauthorized transaction investigations, payment provider requirements, and regulatory compliance checks. Merchants may be required to provide additional verification information.
The merchant agrees to provide correct business details, accept payments only for genuine products and services, maintain customer transaction records, protect account credentials, and follow applicable laws and regulations. The merchant is responsible for customer complaints, refunds, and product/service disputes.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes must be handled according to payment provider rules. ITX Digital Services may assist with payment investigations but is not responsible for merchant product or service disputes.
ITX Digital Services aims to provide continuous payment gateway services. Temporary interruptions may occur due to system updates, technical maintenance, internet failures, or third-party payment provider downtime. The company is not responsible for unavoidable service interruptions.
ITX Digital Services Private Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when required. Updated terms will apply after publication or notification. Continued use of the QR Payment Gateway confirms acceptance of updated terms.
